As one of the larger private investors, we offer a wide selection of flats, mews properties, houses and listed buildings in and around North London.
Living in London is expensive and so we make it a point of reducing unnecessary costs to the tenants as far as possible. As a consequence we make no charges for the work we undertake in welcoming you to one of our properties. Whether it is a new lease or a renewal of an existing, there are no costs whatsoever to the tenant.
Our focus is solely on the tenant's requirements and we believe by being able to deal directly with the landlord a rapport is established that helps the flow of communication and guarantees a quick and effective solution to any issues that may arise.
Most of our tenants are either from London University or young professionals working in the heart of London.
